Sales Strategy / Broker Partnership
The complete sales process will be handled from a fully staffed on-site sales office. The service will include everything from showing the property, signing purchase/sales agreements, following up on customer payments, interior design process, to the final inspection and closing. We value your relationship with us and admire your network of contacts so we will like to offer you an attractive SALES COMISSION OF 6 % of the purchase price of each unit sold to customers referred by you. This fee will be paid once the customer signs the Purchase/Sales Agreement and the initial applicable payment is received (according to our schedule of payments as described later).

In order to properly implement this referral program the following procedure has been established:

  1. Please fill out the enclosed Broker Registration Form where you will include general information about your company and the names of the agents that will be referring customers.
  2. For every customer referred we would need you to fill out the enclosed Client Referral Form and send it ASAP to our sales staff Tel. (506) 2672-1414 / 672-1416, E-Mail: sales@hermosadelmar.com .
  3. Once we receive a copy of the form we will check our records to see if we have had direct contact with the referred customer.
  4. Once it is verified that we have had no previous direct contact with the interested buyer, one of our salespersons will accept and sign the Client Referral Form and will give a copy back to the referring broker.
  5. Once the referred customer buys and signs the Purchase/Sale Agreement we will immediately contact the referring broker and will proceed with the payment of the sales commission.
  6. It is important that the referring broker keeps a record of the signed and accepted Client Referral Form.

Payment Schedule
Stewart Title & Trust will be the Escrow Agent of the development. Following a formal assessment and confirmation of construction advances by Stewart Title & Trust, Purchaser shall pay directly to Stewart Title & Trust according to the following schedule:

a. Thirty percent (30%) of the PURCHASE PRICE upon signing formal agreement
b. Thirty percent (30%) of the PURCHASE PRICE upon installation of the
fourth floor slab of the building in which the Unit is located;
c. Thirty percent (30%) of the PURCHASE PRICE upon installation of the
roof structure of the building in which the Unit is located;
d. Ten percent (10%) of the PURCHASE PRICE upon closing and final inspection
