PHASE 1

Building # 1 was delivered on-schedule to clients during this month. Interior and external work as well as the landscaping are 100% completed. The gated entrance, administration office, lap pool and fitness center are fully operational. Telephone lines and cable TV are already installed and wireless internet is available at the administration office and pool areas. The back-up electric generation system, waste treatment plant, and the security cameras are all working perfectly.

We are pleased to announce that Coldwell Banker CR Resort Management has been selected as the property manager and rental program administrator of the project. Coldwell Banker CR Resort Management has an on-site property manager at the administration office who will make sure that the property is managed according to the highest international operating standards. This company also provides rental services for property owners who are interested in using their unit as an income producer. All the security and maintenance personnel has been hired and soon we will have a project Concierge that will give support to all the residents and their guests.

MODEL UNIT

PHASE 2

Building # 2 is expected to be delivered early February 2009. Interior work is advancing very well. We are now working on the roof structure which is 30% completed. Next week we will start to install the slab at the rooftop terrace. We have significant advances in installation of dry walls in floors 1 to 3, and the air conditioning system has been completed in floors 1 to 6. We are also working in mechanical piping and electrical wiring in floors 1 to 4. Installation of the stone covering at the building exterior has already started and in the interior we are advancing very well with stucco painting.

COMMERCIAL PLAZA

The commercial plaza was also delivered on schedule and some clients already started to work on interior finishes.
