PHASE 1 & 2

Building # 1 & 2 were delivered on-schedule to clients in June 2008 and February 2009. Since then our clients have been enjoying the privileges of ownership at Hermosa del Mar. They have been taking advantage of our convenient location which allows them to enjoy beautiful and relaxing days in Playa Hermosa and for those who want to stay In shape while on vacation, our fitness facilities and lap pool are the perfect place to exercise.

Coldwell Banker CR Resort Management has been doing a great job as the property manager and rental program administrator of the project. This company provides rental services for property owners who are interested in using their unit as an income producer. All the security and maintenance personnel have been hired and we have recently added to our team a Concierge that will give support to all the residents and their guests. We are open to reservations.

COMMERCIAL PLAZA

The commercial plaza was also delivered on schedule and some clients already started to work on interior finishes.

We are working on bringing in the right mix of tenants to complement and serve the needs of home owners and visitors of Hermosa del Mar.
